Choosing this option closes all files, waits for user
input, and then restores the previous state. This option is mainly for use
when running BibDB under a multitasker, such as DESQview or Windows 3.x.
Suspending the program allows another program, such as BibTEX, to access
the current bibliography file from another window or task without invoking
a share violation.
